Instead of matching one lab marker to one vitamin, Fluids looks for a coordinated nutrition direction: the mix of nutrients most worth increasing together for your blood markers, age-score inputs, and personal context.

PhenoAge is a bloodwork-based age score that summarizes how your body is functioning compared with your calendar age. It blends routine markers for inflammation, metabolism, liver, kidney, immune, and protein status into one overall health signal. Lower relative to your age generally points to a more resilient profile; higher can highlight areas worth supporting.
